‘Arches’ is a series in development over many mediums including oil painting, watercolor, glass, and mosaic. The arches play out their intention differently in each medium.  In the oil paintings, the arches are used as a tool to overlap ideas and juxtapose landscapes. But in the glass, they are suspended within a landscape becoming a memorial to the past.
